Hors d'oeuvre (Starters)
An hors d'oeuvre is a small dish served before a meal in European cuisine. Hors d'oeuvres are served at the dinner table as a part of the meal, either hot or cold. Impressive hors d'oeuvres are the perfect way to kick off a cocktail party, as well, — and if they're quick and easy to throw together, even better.

Mignardise (bite-sized dessert)
We're always a bit sad to see a great meal come to a close, but we can count on the arrival of mignardises to lift our spirits. This parting gesture from the kitchen—usually an artful arrangement of confections like gemlike pates de fruits, say or tiny macarons—is a tradition that dates back to 18th-century France.

Wines Menu
Our exquisite and wide selection of European wines is best-known for its rich, full flavours and remarkable collections from outstanding winemakers.
Fetească Neagră
Fetească Neagră, which translates as black maiden, is a thin-skinned red grape variety whose origins are believed to be in the historical region of Moldavia, but the grape is nowadays mainly cultivated in Romania.

Touriga Nacional
It is a red grape variety indigenous to Portugal, mainly used to make port. It is predominately grown in the wine regions of Douro and Dão, and recently it has become an appreciated varietal dry wine, which offers great value for money and has a good aging potential.

Moscato d'Asti
Made entirely from the Moscato Bianco grapes, Moscato d'Asti is a fragrant, not overly sweet fizzante (semi-sparkling) wine that is produced mainly in the province of Asti and the nearby Alessandria and Cuneo. The wine is delicate, floral, and aromatic, with hints of peach, apple, pear, pineapple, sage, lime, and orange.

Dry Vermouth
The origin of dry vermouth is mostly associated with France. This light vermouth usually has herbaceous notes and a distinctive dry finish. The examples of the style are typically clear, but some will have subtle golden hues. They can be served neat or on the rocks, but they are mostly used in cocktails.

Viognier
Viognier is a grape variety with unclear origins that found its home in the northern Rhône, where it has been cultivated for centuries. It is best known as the single varietal used in the Condrieu appellation, though it is also used as a blending variety in Côte-Rôtie.
